With 10+ years of experience in technology-enabled business transformation, Nikita has worked across various sectors including energy, industrials, public safety, and healthcare. Her expertise spans from defining digital strategies to delivering complex programs. She previously worked at Accenture, leading digital transformation initiatives.
Nikita is passionate about building inclusive environments where every voice is heard and valued. She strongly believes that diversity fuels innovation and drives positive change.
She holds a degree in Mathematics and Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Sciences.
