I have been fortunate to be both an operations executive and a management consultant and thus believe the intersection of people and the process is the location to generate optimal performance.
Chuck leads the North America business, bringing 27 years of direct industry and management consulting experience. He has a proven track record of results in Mining, Oil & Gas, Aerospace & Defense, and Manufacturing across North America and globally. His experience in automation, technology, and digitization further strengthens the capabilities of the Proudfoot organization.
Chuck began his Proudfoot career in 2000 as a consultant and held various positions of increasing responsibility, reaching VP of Business Analysis. He then went on to take progressive operational leadership roles at Invensys Controls and Invensys IOM (Schneider). Following 12 years in technology and as CEO of a boutique consulting company, Chuck returns to Proudfoot from his most recent position as SVP of Digital Transformation with Siemens Advanta.
