Proudfoot has a remarkable history and legacy that we are incredibly proud of. In 1946 Alexander Proudfoot envisioned a new way of helping companies to achieve operational goals. He believed developing human talent and capability aligned to a business’ future was the key to sustainable and higher business performance. This approach has stood the test of time and continues to be the driving force behind our business. However, the world today is not the same world that it was in 1946; especially when 75 years later you include a global pandemic that has disrupted the world as we know it.
For almost 8 decades, Proudfoot has worked with business leaders across the globe to build better businesses through transformational and sustainable change. To date, we have worked with more than one million leaders and delivered over 30,000 assessments.
Our most recent assessment; however, was a special one – we rapidly developed new methods to do what we typically do face-toface, we embraced different kinds of technology to bring client teams together while they were apart, we localized our team so we could move in regional lockdown areas, we planned around key stakeholders that were onsite so we could gain maximum time benefits to produce the same results we normally provide during our typical ‘boots on the ground’ assessments. Just like our clients, we had to reinvent, and in doing so we revolutionized the way consulting, as we knew it, could be done.
