ori is a results-focused and proactive professional with over 15 years of Human Resources acumen. Having a history of driving efficiency and excellence collaborating with executives and partnering with employees – from talent management and business strategies to benefits design and employee engagement.
Lori joined Proudfoot in 2018, initially responsible for Americas. She continues to drive Proudfoot’s people initiatives, performance management, and wellness, to attract and retain the next generation of talent. Prior to Proudfoot, Lori worked for local government and financial services with a record of providing guidance and support to internal teams and clients. She enjoys organizational development, leading training, and recruitment strategies.
Lori is the “Human“ behind Human Resources. She builds practical, innovative, and sustainable practices for the workplace and marketplace.
Lori holds a MBA from Christian Brothers University and a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Memphis.
