Lori joined Proudfoot in 2018, initially responsible for Americas. She continues to drive Proudfoot’s people initiatives, performance management, and wellness, to attract and retain the next generation of talent. Prior to Proudfoot, Lori worked for local government and financial services with a record of providing guidance and support to internal teams and clients. She enjoys organizational development, leading training, and recruitment strategies.

Lori holds a MBA from Christian Brothers University and a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Memphis.
